This website introduces services and evidence; it is not itself a project quotation, contract or technical certification.
Important boundaries
Availability, coverage, deliverables, fees, usage rights, hosting, source files and delivery dates apply only when confirmed in a written project scope.
Visual capture records accessible and visible conditions at the agreed time. It does not replace a measured survey, statutory inspection, professional certification or investigation of hidden conditions unless a separate qualified service is explicitly commissioned.
Named portfolio references do not imply endorsement. Published external experiences remain subject to their own availability and terms. Calculator results are user-entered scenarios, not guaranteed savings or performance claims.
Drone flights, non-destructive tests, photogrammetric volumes and CAD/BIM deliverables require their own agreed methods, permissions, accuracy requirements and professional boundaries.
